What homeowners ask us first.
What does it mean that you are both a General Contractor and a Certified Pool Contractor?
We hold two Florida state licenses. Most pool companies hold only the pool license, so pergolas, outdoor kitchens and structural work get subcontracted. With both, we permit and build the entire backyard ourselves under one contract.
Why hire one company instead of separate contractors?
One contract means one schedule, one point of accountability and no finger pointing between trades. Utilities, drainage and structure are planned together from day one.
Do you design the backyard or only build it?
Both. We design your actual property in 3D, help you choose materials in our Design Center, then build exactly what was designed. No handoff to an unknown builder.
Do you build in my part of Boca Raton?
Boca Raton is our home. Our office and Design Center are here, and we build backyards across the city, from East Boca to West Boca. We also take select projects in nearby Delray Beach, Highland Beach and Parkland.
Do you handle permits and HOA approvals?
Yes. We prepare drawings, engineering and permit applications for the pool and every structure, and the complete HOA package for you.
